Legacy Endowment Fund

First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) returned home to its previous church location at 700 JR Miller Blvd after a fire destroyed the building we all dearly loved. We committed to staying in our neighborhood primarily because of the love and support we have felt from our many friends and neighbors. This is our home. This is a sacred space where we feel God’s presence.

FCC has always been much more than a building. We serve others and have continued our mission proudly for over 160 years. Now, we want to expand our mission and impact.

We have established the Legacy Endowment Fund from the generous people and friends of First Christian Church. If you are an individual or have a mission/ outreach opportunity, we invite you to apply for part of these funds.

For individuals or organizations, you may apply for help for clothing, household needs, education, arts, healthcare, etc. We are open to all needs that help cultivate the human spirit and lift up our friends. We look forward to hearing from you and helping where it is most needed.

By submitting this request, applicant agency/organization acknowledges that the funds may be used only for the purpose proposed in this request. Any variations must be approved in advance by the First Christian Church Outreach Committee. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, change or terminate the Legacy Endowment Fund or any part of it at any time.
