The Elders of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) serve an important role in the congregation’s spiritual life.  Elders are members of the church who are identified as active participants and leaders of the congregation. In addition to serving at the Lord’s Table each Sunday, Elders provide spiritual guidance, leadership, and mentorship to future leaders of the congregation. Elders are active in the visitation ministry of the church.
